How does shipping and delivery work?
Once you place your order, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once it's on its way.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across Australia. No minimum spend required.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel through our carrier's website.
Help, I think my order is lost/hasn't been delivered?

Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but we can't guarantee changes once the order has been fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?

Are there any customs/import fees?
For Australian orders, there are no customs or import fees. All prices shown at checkout are the final price you pay.

How do I use the HaloSmile™ Purple Whitening Strips?
Apply the strips directly to your teeth for the recommended time (usually 30 minutes). The purple V34 colour-correcting formula neutralises yellow tones to give you a brighter, whiter-looking smile. Use consistently for best results.
How do I use the HaloSmile™ Tongue Scraper Kit?
Hold the tongue scraper by both handles, extend your tongue, and gently drag the scraper from the back of your tongue to the tip. Rinse after each pass and repeat 3–5 times. Use daily for best results in reducing bacteria and bad breath.
Are your products suitable for everyone?
Our products are designed for adults and are generally suitable for most people. If you have specific dental conditions, braces, or sensitive gums, please consult your dentist before use. The tongue scraper and whitening strips are not recommended for children under 12.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund — no questions asked.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! Our products make a great gift. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. We don't include pricing in our packages, so it's perfect for gifting.
Are you stocked in any stores?

Returns & Exchanges
Do you have a returns policy?
Yes! We have a 30-day returns policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
How long do I have to return the products?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes. If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we'll process a full refund once we receive the returned item. Items must be in their original condition.
Do I have to pay for returns?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover the return postage.
How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 3–5 business days to process your exchange or refund.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear in your account.

How secure is your payment?
Very secure. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your credit card details.
What payment types do you offer?

Do you have payment plan options?
Yes! We offer buy-now-pay-later options including Shop Pay Instalments. Simply select your preferred payment plan at checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
At checkout, you'll see a field labelled "Discount code". Enter your code there and click "Apply" to see your savings reflected in the order total.
I forgot to use my discount code!
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed. Please contact us at support@halosmile.com.au as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
