Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
Express shipping is available for $15.00. Express delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.

Lost or Damaged Items
